Please ensure your shipping address, size, and color selections are correct when placing your order. Incorrect details are the customer’s responsibility.

Review our return policy before purchasing. Defective items qualify for a 30-day return period with photo evidence. Non-defective items are not eligible for return or refund.

Lost or Returned Orders

If your package is lost in transit, please contact SAFAS Support within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the shipping provider.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer will require additional shipping fees for resending.

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipment.
