Terms of service
- If there is an issue with your order, please contact SAFAS Support within 30 days of product delivery. Include a detailed description and clear photo or video evidence of the issue.
- All products are unique and made to order, therefore non-refundable unless defective.
- Please ensure your shipping address, size, and color selections are correct when placing your order. Incorrect details are the customer’s responsibility.
Refund Policy
- Review our return policy before purchasing. Defective items qualify for a 30-day return period with photo evidence. Non-defective items are not eligible for return or refund.
Lost or Returned Orders
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact SAFAS Support within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the shipping provider.
- Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer will require additional shipping fees for resending.
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipment.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times
- United States: Estimated delivery in 5–10 business days after processing.
- Europe: Estimated delivery in 7–15 business days after processing.
- Australia & New Zealand: Estimated delivery in 10–20 business days after processing.
- Rest of the World: Estimated delivery in 10–30 business days after processing.

Customs Fees & Import Taxes
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by their country.
- SAFAS is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
International Shipping

- International orders may take longer due to customs processing in the destination country.

- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, and destination.
